We love having parents and family members come into school and share their talents with our students. Last week, Mrs. Newman shared all about gardening with the kindergarten class. The students harvested seeds and planted them, while learning about how plants grow!

We have been so blessed to have Fr. John with us this year and we are sad to see him go. However, SMS wishes him well on his journey home and all our love as he continues to share the light of Christ with all whom he meets.

Preschool has been learning about the Rosary. They love touching and learning about the Rosary beads and often come up, hold onto one bead, and ask to pray the prayer for that bead. Of course, nothing makes us happier than a child of God asking to pray with their teacher.
