Attention all parents! If at all possible, please plan to attend the Town Hall meeting that St. Mark School is hosting in support of the tax credit scholarship program, Invest in Kids on Thurs. Oct. 12 at 6:30 pm in the school gym. Sen. Dave Koehler will be in attendance. It is crucial that we pack the gym to show Sen. Koehler and others of the great support for the tax credit scholarship program! We need as many parents as possible to turn out to add your voice to the support for this vital program. Bring your children too! Please help us SAVE OUR SCHOLARSHIPS!
Mark your calendars for the SMS Trunk or Treat on October 21st from 5:30-7pm! Decorate your car and enter our contest for best car decoration, dress up in your costume and trick or treat safely and with your school friends!
8th graded attended Career Sparks at the Civic Center. They learned about careers through hands-on activities in education, arts, medical, fire and police, city works, real estate, and agriculture just to name a few.
Pre4 students also loved the orchard! The rain held just long enough for us to pick some delicious apples and enjoy a cup of fresh apple cider!
The pre-3 class had a great time at Christ Apple Orchard last week!

3rd grade spent science class as paleontologists! They observed the different characteristics of modern day animal bones to help determine the appearance of a dinosaur from its fossil.

Happy National Hispanic Heritage month! We want to celebrate all the amazing qualities and perspectives that our Hispanic students share with us at St. Mark School! As God's precious children, created in His image and likeness, we celebrate you! Join us Sept. 23 at 5:30!
Last Friday, we joined other schools in our diocese to raise funds and prayers in support of Sacred Hearts School in Lahaina as they work to rebuild after the fires. Students dressed in brightly colored clothes & donated money. Each classroom set aside time to pray for them too.
It's been a week since we invited all our grandparents and grandpeople to breakfast and we are still beaming about how wonderful it was to see them! The students were proud to show them off and share time in the school with them. We can't wait for a bigger, better event in 2024.
Kindergarten students are learning about the writing process and brainstorming ways you can share and tell stories. During a brain break, they enjoyed a friendly game of rock, paper, scissors.
7th and 8th students had the opportunity to see a showing of "Tolton, from Slave to Priest" at PND yesterday.

Our Mom's Night is back and we can't wait to see everyone! We are leaning into fall with chili, cornbread, smore's bars and a fun apple cider cocktail! We are making a lip sugar scrub and painting a fall watercolor wreath that will be ready to frame!
Ms. Revallo and Mrs. Hultgren’s Auction Hike Day took place on a beautiful fall Saturday! It was a challenging and fun hike for our Marksmen group and they had a ton of fun exploring at Rocky Glen!
