On behalf of the faculty and staff of St. Mark School, we wish you and your families a wonderful Thanksgiving. We all have so much in our lives to be grateful for. Take a moment to thank God for all that you have, for without God, nothing would be possible. Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy this time with family and friends.

Mid-Term Reports

Mid-term reports have been emailed to parents/guardians of students in grades 4-8. You can also access mid-term reports through Parents Web. if you haven’t checked your child’s grades recently, now might be a good time to login to Parents Web. As always, if you have any questions on your child’s progress, please contact the teacher to discuss any concerns.

Scholastic Bowl

There will be a Scholastic Bowl meeting for any interested 5th-8th graders and their parents after school on Wednesday, November 28th in Miss Antrim’s room. Students will be able to sign up and meet the coaches at this meeting.

Annual Santa Breakfast and Cookie Walk

The St. Mark PSA will be holding its annual Santa Breakfast and Cookie Walk on Sunday, December 9, from 7:30-11:30 AM. Admission is $3/child, $5 adult and includes delicious pancakes with all the trimmings.

The Cookie Walk will be held that morning in the main hallway. Yummy cookies and candies will be available for $6 per pound.

Fundraising Updates

Cystic Fibrosis

Our cheerleaders raised $750 last week for the Peoria Area Cystic Fibrosis Chapter. This money will be donated in honor of one of our fellow Marksmen.

Nets for Vets

SMS was able to raise enough money to sponsor a veteran’s trip to Washington, D.C.!
